My device fails to register

If MYDIGIPASS keeps asking you to register the same device every time you log in, your browser probably has been configured to automatically delete session cookies. Configure your browser settings so that cookies from MYDIGIPASS are no longer deleted.

If your browser does not automatically delete cookies, locate and delete the existing MYDIGIPASS cookies and try re-registering your device.
