What do I do if I forgot the PIN number of my MYDIGIPASS mobile app?

If you enter a wrong PIN number 5 times in a row, the MYDIGIPASS mobile app will automatically lock itself and become unusable. This behavior is intentional and was implemented for security reasons. To regain access to your account, you will have to reinstall the MYDIGIPASS mobile app as follows:

 
  1. Uninstall the locked MYDIGIPASS app
  2. Reinstall the MYDIGIPASS mobile app and choose a new PIN number
  3. Select "I already have an account" and follow the on-screen instructions
