I get an SSL error when linking my CSAM account to MYDIGIPASS

In case you encounter an SSL error while linking your CSAM account to MYDIGIPASS:

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting your eID reader.
  • Go to http://test.eid.belgium.be to test your eID configuration. If the test fails, contact fedict.
  • Try clearing your browser's history before logging in.
  • Try to log in with another browser.
  • If the problem still persists, contact CSAM.
