Login fails after reinstalling the mobile app

When you reinstall the MYDIGIPASS app, the serial number of the previous installation is automatically deleted and a new serial number is created. Since the old serial number is still linked to your MYDIGIPASS account, you will not be able to log in.

In order to regain access, you need to link the serial number of the newly installed app to your MYDIGIPASS account using either the account recovery procedure or by sending an email to unlock@mydigipass.com
