My mobile phone is unable to scan the QR code.

  1. Verify if nothing is obstructing the QR code, e.g. your mouse pointer or a dirty spot on your computer screen.
  2. If the QR code still cannot be scanned, try to use the code instead.
  3. If scanning still fails, try reinstalling the MYDIGIPASS app on your mobile phone.  Please note that with this step the password will be required.
