Why can't I re-register with my MYDIGIPASS application?

If you deleted your MYDIGIPASS account and try to sign up again using the same MYDIGIPASS application, the registration process will fail. This is a security precaution.

To re-register:

  1. Uninstall the MYDIGIPASS application.
  2. Download and reinstall it.
  3. Follow the registration process again.
A new serial number will be assigned to your MYDIGIPASS application and you will be able to re-register.
