Hoe kan ik mijn MYDIGIPASS app kopiëren naar mijn nieuwe telefoon?

Omwille van veiligheidsredenen is het niet toegestaan om de applicatie van het ene toestel naar het andere te kopiëren. Wanneer u een nieuwe telefoon gekocht heeft, doet u het volgende:

Op uw nieuwe smartphone:
  • Download en installeer  de MYDIGIPASS app.

Op MYDIGIPASS:
  1. Eens u bent ingelogd, ga naar 'Mijn DIGIPASS' en verwijder de oude authenticator van uw profiel.
